Michael Fletcher – Managing Partner, CEO

As a seasoned entrepreneur, Michael Fletcher has a proven track record of building and scaling global businesses across the media, manufacturing, and technology sectors. With a career spanning over four decades, Michael has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify emerging opportunities, develop successful growth strategies, navigate complex mergers and acquisitions, and lead organizations to successful exits.

In 1985, Michael’s entrepreneurial journey began when he and a co-founder launched a propane-powered floor polisher and a chemical manufacturing and distribution company. This first entrepreneurial experience sparked Michael’s passion for launching, growing, merging, and selling businesses. As a lifelong entrepreneur, Michael’s business expertise is global—whether it was establishing a manufacturing facility in Indonesia or launching a television network in Dubai. From Mexico to Canada, and from the Pacific Rim to Europe, Michael’s professional experience is truly international. This extensive, four-decade career, combined with his entrepreneurial approach, has transformed him into a creative, growth-oriented, strategic thinker who excels at providing solutions for businesses seeking growth, efficiency, capital, mergers, or exit strategies.

One of Michael’s recent successes was leading the strategy and launch of EarthX TV, a cable and satellite television network for Trammell Crow and his environmental organization, EarthX, in 2021. Serving first as a consultant and later as interim CEO, Michael designed the television operation, recruited key industry professionals, and successfully launched the network, which now broadcasts in the U.S., Europe, and other regions.

Prior to that, in 2011, Michael co-founded RIDE TV, an international equestrian-themed television network that brought niche content to a global audience. As CEO, Michael was instrumental in transforming RIDE TV from concept to reality, securing key distribution deals, and expanding the network into international markets, including the U.S., UAE, Canada, and the U.K. Michael also negotiated the exclusive right to purchase the Great American Country (GAC) television network from Discovery Communications. In June 2021, both RIDE TV and GAC were sold to a group of investors who formed Great American Media, which now operates the channels under new names.

In 2000, Michael was recruited as interim COO to manage a struggling, cash-strapped broadcast television network in Fort Worth, Texas. The company was losing over $1 million per month with virtually no revenue. Within a few months, Michael reduced the burn rate by 90% and increased revenue while the company was being marketed to potential buyers. The company was sold to Firestone Communications, and Michael agreed to serve as President of Firestone Communications and also became an equity owner. He was responsible for day-to-day operations and led the launch of the company’s cable television network, “¡Sorpresa!”

Michael’s other experiences include the ownership and management of radio stations, a satellite uplink and television studio, and various companies across the service, manufacturing, and media industries. A visionary leader with a passion for building businesses, Michael Fletcher remains committed to helping organizations unlock their full potential through strategic insight, operational excellence, and relentless innovation.
